Develop your Mind & Body
Through Oom Yung Doe, students are able to fully challenge their physical condition in all aspects without risk of injury. Different from typical martial arts, sports or exercise Oom Yung Doe does not just develop one aspect of a persons condition, but all areas of strength, flexibility, coordination, speed, control, and agility internally and externally, lower, mid and upper body. It is common to see many athletes retire at a young age because of the damage athletics has done to their bodies. Through Oom Yung Doe an individual can continue to progress and maintain their condition through their seventies and beyond.
Oom Yung Doe training courses are specifically designed for the adult student. The human body reacts differently to movement after ages 18, 30, 45 and 60. Adults of these ages should not be expected to train the same way or in the same classes with children. Many schools emphasize repetition of hard, jarring style movement for all ages that leads to injuries in the joints and damage internally. This is especially true for students over age 30, but even in younger students. Oom Yung Doe offers several types of courses, depending upon what an individual is seeking: Moo Doe Conditioning Programs We now offer programs which help address specific conditions, and restore the body into balance. With these programs, it is not necessary to become a martial arts student, but still possible to benefit from the knowledge of Traditional Moo Doe. Programs are generally three months long (more information). Introductory Course Beginners are encouraged to try the training for 1 or 2 months on our introductory course. 1 Month Course - $150:
2 Month Course - $290:
